Aaron has graciously allowed me to show his progress on the weight lose program in our office.  He started in June at 239.9 pounds with a 47.5 inch waist.  As of October he weighs 184.0 pounds with a 39 inch waist.  More importantly his body fat went from 36.7 to 26.1.  Congratulations.
